your exactly right that is what the US has turned into.

Oligarchy (from Greek ὀλ&#953 ;γα&#961 ;χί&#945 ; (oligarkhía); from ὀλ&#943 ;γο&#962 ; (olígos), meaning "few", and ἄρ&#967 ;ω (archo), meaning "to rule or to command")is a form of power structure in which power effectively rests with a small number of people. These people could be distinguished by royalty, wealth, family ties, education, corporate, or military control. Such states are often controlled by a few prominent families who pass their influence from one generation to the next.

No it isn't, there are more english speakers in both India and China than there is in America, and Indians and Chinese speak British English, as do all the other ex colonies from Africa to Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore to new Zealand and the middle east, they speak British English because thats what they've been taught at school for centuries as British colonies

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
