Yes.
A person who lives under the rule of a monarch is a subject, yes or no?
No need for GOVERNMENT sites with the TLD specifying .GOV, to pretend anything.

That’s why US government sites do not pretend and state that the US is a republic, not a democracy

Definitions
In a democracy, the people vote directly.
In a republic, the people elect representatives who vote on their behalf.

No. Read the law you thick moron, I posted links to the laws just for you to EDUCATE yourself in the hope that you would not look so bloody stupid, I admit I was wrong, you still look bloody stupid and ignorant

Small country one time zone, your point is what? That yours is bigger than mine. Oh whhoooeeee, yes but we have the decided advantage that you are over there and not over here.

A big wall of text, but no actual answer to my question.

Why, Barefoot, do we have a Parliament if our supreme power is the monarch? Why does she not make all the decisions?

Could it just be because our monarchy is nothing but an ornament? That would certainly be the sane explanation.

I’ll tell you why they remain christian. Because they are murdering in the name of christianity and the people who do decide whether to excommunicate someone do it in the basis of whether a person became pregnant while being gang raped and hence had an abortion rather than that god condoned pleasure of murder and genocide.

The vote tells us that almost 60% of northern Irish people are happy with the status quo

Protestantism was well established in Ireland long before Oliver Cornwall, Long before Henry VIII. In fact back to 1170 and killing people will not change that.

I have no gripe with their target objective what pisses me of is their christian methods of,- you don’t like what we stand for so bang your dead - I was injured at the periphery of the Manchester bombing and my aunt lost her arm. In hospital in the next bed was a northern Irish woman, a catholic, also injured by the explosion. Tell me, was that indiscriminate or what?

The head of state of the UKING_dom is a monarchy and the monarchy rules over the Parliament (and the monarch appoints more than half the Parliament).

The monarch in the UKING_dom even has the authority to dismiss the government.

PS: Until the US got into the war, the Allies went mostly backwards. When they went forwards- sometimes only a few hundred yards- it cost tens of thousands of lives.

Of course, the UK majors and generals were all of the upper class and if it cost a few thousands lives, they went to the club, patted one another on the back and had a glass of sherry. Tough going, old man, and all that.

Thanks for establishing your overt racism, too, Skanque.

If I were or had been married that it would be especially offensive if my wife ran off with a 'blackman'.

Like most American men, satisfying American women is not so high on the list and running away isn't nearly as bad as coming back with a lawyer and taking away our stuff.

Or worse... coming back and staying.

Our country is more powerful than your country has ever been and your country has been sliding downhill for one hundred years. The last to biggest wars we have been in we got dragged in to save your worthless bigoted hides. If the US had not been dragged into WWI to save the UK, there would not have been a WWII, there would not have been a person like Hitler.

If only it were possible to turn back the clock and when England came crying in 1916, the US could have (should have) said: EH!

Do try to follow the thread, Skanque. I am not the one crying that Britannia was ruling the waves.

I don't think you will find many Americans expecting to here thanks from the UK for saving their bacon in WWI and WWII but I think you will find you raise their ire when you (et al.) diminishing the roles we played, e.g., insisting Canada played a bigger part than did the US, which, factually, is absolutely wrong and I haven't heard you say anything to the contrary, and B) is also an insult to Canada which, like the US, really had no business in the fight that you guys started.

PS: you still owe all 'blackmen' an apology, in your effort (failing efforts) to insult me, you let your bigotry out for all to see.

To demonstrate that I do not understand British politics you have to show how I am wrong. In this case, you would have to demonstrate that Parliament does not exist.

That is precisely what you are claiming if you are saying that I do not understand British politics. I am not disputing that we have a monarchy; I am asking you why, if Britain is a monarchy, we would remotely need a Parliament.

Your dodging of the question demonstrates that it is you, and not I, who does not understand British politics.
