Here is a simple question, Barefoot:
We are still waiting for you to explain how you said that the electoral college appointed the POTUS in one message and in the very next- as proof- you posted a source that declared that the electoral college elected the POTUS.

Why is it you skip over that, sweetgums?

You have done no such thing.

And you are still unable to refute a single thing I have said.

Tell us: who has the power to dissolve the UK Parliament?

The Scottish independence referendum is set for 2014, before the Queen has even been asked, which itself is scheduled for November 2013.
What proof do you have that the Queen hasn't been asked, simpleton?

Putting aside the "referendum" is an ADVISORY VOTE which most of the SUBJECTS of the kingdom of UK have absolutely no say it whatsoever.

PS: the "independence" ADVISORY VOTE will not establish independence from the QUEEN you stupid dolt.

She will still be the Queen, hahahahahaha!

Honey, the vein on your forehead is starting to throb, take your Thorazine!

What is it now, Skangue? Appointed or elected?

Are you not familiar with indirect representation in a democracy, shug?

Do you have 60 million people in the House of Commons?

Your vote and $3.50 will buy you a cup of coffee.

Your ADVISORY vote and doesn't come close to actual independence, only the authority to declare that you want to negotiate with the UK for permission to be independent.

Parliament is dissolved only to accommodate for general elections. I have already stated that the Queen, by law, has the power to dissolve Parliament - so to keep dragging up past mistakes just screams desperation on your part; kind of like Hibernian football fans who keep pointing back to their last Scottish Cup win over 100 years ago.

You have decided to play hypocrite and ignore "actions speak louder than words" (even though you stated that yourself in another thread) and outright pretend that the Queen, and only the Queen, decides when Parliament is dissolved. The fact is, reality contradicts you. The Queen rubber stamps decisionsm made by the politicians; you know this, I know this, everybody knows us.

The difference between you and I, however, is that I do not pretend that words on a piece of paper control how people and institutions act.

And we know why you want to pretend that reality conforms to the words on a piece of paper.

Parliament is dissolved when the Queen SAYS it is dissolved.

The power to dissolved lies with the monarch , no matter how hard you stomp you feet, lying SuperFAG.

" The power to dissolve Parliament

A dissolution of Parliament is the device that triggers a General Election. Only the Queen can dissolve Parliament and she has the power so to act at any time, for any reason, or for none. "

Explain what this means:

" The power to dissolve Parliament

A dissolution of Parliament is the device that triggers a General Election. Only the Queen can dissolve Parliament and she has the power so to act at any time, for any reason, or for none. "

SHUG: what that means to mean is only the Queen can dissolve Parliament.

It seems to mean that she can do for anyone reason.

Explain...

Explain- and you haven't, though you have been asked- how according to you the POTUS is appointed in one comment but is elected in the next?

Is the POTUS appointed?

Because it seems that every single source I find seems to indicate you are a c/s, m/f liar.

Even the source that you QUOTED from.

Maybe you should start with this:

" The power to dissolve Parliament

A dissolution of Parliament is the device that triggers a General Election. Only the Queen can dissolve Parliament and she has the power so to act at any time, for any reason, or for none. "

++

Who can dissolve the UK Parliament?

A) the House of Commons
B) the Queen
C) the Prime Minister
D) Judi Dent

(PS: I said B) a long time ago and haven't moved an inch )
