In America, atheists are still in the closet

So do many other interest and identity groups. Complaint is our political lingua franca: it's what Occupiers, Tea Partiers, Wall Street titans, religious and irreligious people share.

A newly found letter penned by Einstein just went on auction. I sold for $3 million.

In it, Einstein said...

Quote

The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honorable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish. No interpretation no matter how subtle can (for me) change this. These subtilised interpretations are highly manifold according to their nature and have almost nothing to do with the original text.

End Quote

Better for trade.

As the US is such a massive market, trade improving helps you and me.

What explosion is coming? There came one in 2008 and somehow you guys pulled through. Yes, we are still in stormy waters, but we can actually look forward to the end of the effects of the recession.

Well, that *was* actually illegal.

Still, a huge thrill.

Howdy, DF!! Passably well, thank you and hope you are the same!
"Risky" is a relative term. It's not risky at all if you can be certain of a public tax funded "safety net". Assessing risks and accepting the responsibility and consequences of poor choices lends moderation, conservatism and due consideration to a broad spectrum of behaviors ... social, economic and personal. So yeah ... it's "fair" if that "stroke of misfortune" is the result of a poorly calculated risk.
Okay.

Now, let's assume it was not a risky investment.

Imagine me a blue collar worker, straight out of school and get laid off after a year.

Is it fair that that person then has to live a life of poverty?

The getting head in a public area is much more rewarding, I should hope.

Easy. Mitt's "Plan" is to continue Bush/Obama policies under a different brand name.

His main reasoning behind taxation is this...
Do not raise or cut taxes.
The tax will remain the same .

Provide tax relief for the low-middle class.
Provide tax incentives to small and large business for creating new jobs.
