When we identify Romney as the draft dodger that he is, yes, I think it is interesting to note that no one in his family as served this country.

It would enter in the decision when making statements endorsing going to war when one has no family experience, yes: as it may have entered Bush's thought process when he sent thousands of Americans to their deaths when trying to get a leg up in the 2004 election, knowing his daughters were not going to be in harm's way.
