Young people should study a core course in logic, ethics and science, get fired up by rationalism rather than nationalism, and then go out and destroy the last strongholds of ignorance and prejudice.

It's a pity if they react with fear instead of interest. They have nothing to fear from the retreat of superstition.

And I don't agree that A. C. Grayling is a 'militant atheist'. Why does speaking out against religion or simply being an atheist make someone 'militant'?

Why can't people just be free to express opinions and state facts that some religionists may find unwelcome or objectionable? That isn't militant, that is reasonable. Religionists have to get used to religions being as open to criticism as any other superstition.

So young people should be indoctrinated with atheism and international socialism as far as youre concerned?
Why only young people?
In other words you want fresh meat for your perversions rather than burnt out corpses like KittenKoder

Even the Bible god fears knowledge - WHY?

Simple-minded
"I am jealous over you ... I fear your minds be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."
2 Corinthians 11.2-3.
"I form the light, and create darkness. I make peace, and create EVIL. I the LORD do all these things."
Isaiah 45.7.

Making "every thought captive."
"For the weapons of our warfare are casting down imaginations ... and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."
St Paul, 2 Corinthians 10.4,5.

The Bible is mythology

"Truth resides in every human heart, and one has to search for it there, and to be guided by truth as one sees it.
But no one has a right to coerce others to act according to his own view of truth."
~Gandhi
