Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will” Anything that you ask in his name, shall be given. No exceptions, "anything" is the promise. Even you agree that he is a liar, you have said so. Your god does not deliver as he promises, and you all know it. LOL!

I still like your horse. do you have more explanations of your own views to offer, in addition to demolishing the nonsense of the fundies on here? I am not sure of your opinions. Obviously I am an agnostic atheist, since I write that all the time in case some newcomer or stupid person or nonreader does not see it often enough! I do not know whether there is a god, God, gods, or Gods. I could not prove it either way and have no interest in trying. I have no belief in a god, God, gods, or Gods - no sense of there being such a thing in my life or in the universe, no feeling that IT is There. I do not mind that in the slightest. I doubt if I would like it if it were anything like the God, god, gods, or Gods that most people believe in. I have a residual belief in flying reindeer, from childhood, but they are not invisible, they have names, they wear bells on their harness. That is the only fiction I recall ever believing in, of that nature. I miss that one. Double Fine's belief system: 1. Double Fine does not believe in ghosts 2. Double Fine does not believe in zombies 3. Double Fine has no imaginary friends

ARe you saying there is evidence and proof, and if so, for what particular version of God, or god? I am not comfortable with hard atheism, even though I like many folks who phrase their disbelief as if they are claiming to know. I am an agnostic atheist, and will not assume any burden of proof. I do not think that matters of this nature can be proven, so the burden of proof should be on the one who makes the claim to know - preferably a believer, who will be unable to prove his claim.

Proof there is no god! Proof there is no god? Proof there is no god.
And "Your Daft!". Did you mean, "you are", KJV you? As in "You're" so clueless The thread makes the claim of proof of no God. But there is none. Again Atheist are clueless of what proof means. How did you all graduate? Oh that's right the teachers are atheist also.

Praise Jesus, atheists don’t understand proof because they don’t have a prayer closet and the Holy Spirit. Now, those who lust after flesh and the sins of the world might, could, say that proof means that God predicted to you that next March 14 at 2:25 a.m. a meteorite composed of 82 percent iron, 13 percent nickel and 3 percent iridium, approaching from the southwest and hitting the Earth at an angle of 82 degrees, would strike your house, penetrating the building, punching a hole through your prayer closet upstairs and the arm of the couch downstairs, ending up 17.4 inches below the basement floor and weighing 13.5 ounces. However, faith doesn’t require that kind of proof (the world of measurement meets the world of metaphor) or any proof. TRUE believers know that man’s puny logic is no match for God’s insurmountable illogic. If atheists would build themselves a prayer closet according to biblical principles and measurements (gopher wood, 2.5 cubits long, 1.5 cubits wide and high), lock themselves inside the closet, and surrender to God, God would give them GODLY proof. Atheists, at first God sounds like your own voice, only a little bit deeper, but as you grow in grace, you distinguish between your own deep, gravelly, voice, inside your head, and God’s beautiful low contralto voice which is also inside your head. Glory! http://youtu.be/urlTBBKTO68

I am an agnostic atheist and both parts matter. please come to my new thread on how to save god from being evil, or on the other one - prove there is no god - and converse with me. I find you interesting and sensible, and hope you are also an agnostic atheist, more interested in outing the nonsense of the other guys, than in promulgating any arrogant knowledge claims of your own. Some hard atheists are harder than others, being arrogant and sure of themselves. But then one can also fall into the trap of word games. Atheist means you do not believe in God. If you believe in a god or gods you are a Theist if you do not believe in a god or gods you are an Atheist. One can create lots of terms that all mean the same thing really. Do we bother with proving there isn't an invisible flying teapot ruling from Pluto? Of course not we would scoff at such a myth and move on. God is no different and believing in something without evidence is not a good thing for people of reason. havent forgotten wrote: <quoted text> he said he believes. he did not say he knows. not in that post you quoted. has he said he knows? are you careful not to say you know that there is not a god? He claims to believe in a god. Would he not know that there is a god, that a god exists, if he says he believes in one? Conversely, would he believe in a god that he knows doesn't exists?
