Why would an omniscient, all-powerful being care about what puny humans think of him/her/it? Ever own an ant farm when you were a kid? Did you worry about whether the ants were sufficiently in awe of your relative power?

Conservopedia is good for a laugh, until you realize people really believe this crap.

If you are an Atheist or a Christian, you should be ashamed for talking about people like that.
Are you willing to learn from more educated people or are you convinced that the bible is the perfect word of a sure thing god?

Sadly, you are quite correct.

Just as many folk apparently actually do think Faux News is both fair and balanced....!

... but what else? These same ignorant in-breds also think flaming shrubbery can speak, and there is life after death...

Most theist arguments boil down to:

"I'm too lazy to read and understand anything remotely scientific about the world, so I demand that YOU make the effort and explain to me in great detail why you are atheist and don't believe in god almighty."

Or perhaps, the universe does not exist or we wouldn't be around today huh!
As Nietzsche once observed: If existence had a final purpose, it would have reached it by now. Or, perhaps you'd prefer Kierkegaard: Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced. Belief that there is some higher purpose or deeper meaning is simply a construct of the human mind. We exist simply because we exist, and our "purpose", such as it is, is to help each other get along as best we can.

There is a lot to accomplish in this life. You don't need to worry about the end everyday. Stop and smell the roses. Do you only going to work and worry about payday? Can you help your neighbor without thinking of brownie points from above? Sometime it's nice to be a good person just because it make YOU feel good.

What kind of question is that?

there is no such thing called god , it is the mother nature that creates its universe laws which are not fair or just or human but is justified scientifically and logigcly. sure there are human social reformers called them selves prophets like jesus, mohammed ,mosses, bhozha, lot others , but they are just ordinary people existed in the past and died .all their stories of miricales are fictiouse, false and lies but have some morals and some good commetments .we do not need them now at all .the human rights declaration by the united nations is the best morals than all religions. god is a big false and religions are realy the opiom of nations .

Sure they do, in imaginations, in books, in fables, in myths, but not in fact.

Sometimes I think it's all about terminology. When you ask a religious person, "What is God?", they would tend to answer that he is the universe, stars, planets. He is in us, the plants, the animals. But when you ask a scientist, "What is an atom?", his answer will be the same. No one knows how this universe came out to be,(not even scientists). We all have theories but we must follow the ones with credible evidence. Religion is just a way to escape the reality of this universe to find comfort. We are afraid to go outside and think outside the box and I know once we focus on space exploration and discover more of the unknowns, we can understand more of our origins. Until then, we cannot assume it was by a superiority without not even knowing what's out there.

If god exsists and if you all say he loves his creations equally then why is he not there to help his dying "children" in the middle east? He is supposed to help those who pray yet he turns away from them and so if there is a "god" then why is there no proof that he exists and the only way to know is when yoy die.

Now I have been born and raised in a Christian/Methodist/Lutheran household and in schools. That being said I still don't believe in religion all the people who believe it are closed minded and won't accept anything else. As of your little book of truth you got there. That was written by HUMANS. Sure there probably a guy named Jesus back in Israel, but I highly doubt he was a so to speak an omnipotent being. Also all the bible evidence is entirely circumstantial you have absolutely no proof that religion is real. Now on to evolution. People who say that's bullshit are bullshitters. "If we evolved from monkey then how would we reproduce" (from YouTube) well the same fucking way they did/ do plus we evolved that is the key word evolved. Now onto the religious side saying you have no proof that "science" (what do you know also from YouTube)is real and we have a big book. Bullshit science has a shit ton of books about proof and evidence carefully constructed by careful experiments. As for the bible most of it is all circumstance and morphed to the way that best suits the bible believers plus Christians discard every single other religion and I'm not sure how they do that.... Oh wait because their long ass book sais so.
