<quoted text>We all know better than that. Many ancient gods were conceived before the Abrahamic one was. And he was modeled after several of them. Even parts of your buybull is copied word for word, in the Quran and Torah. Now exactly how does that not make "all for one and one for all" out of your second hand god? Yahweh is Allah, Allah is Jehovah is Yahweh.
Theology is much bigger than you'd give it credit for being.
Even with the ancient 'gods' there was always a creator God, a single point of origin.
If people for whatever reason have deemed other entities to be god that does not make it true or correct.
Yes YHVH is also know as Jehovah, Allah, Holy Father, etc.
Different names for the same and only God, they are not seperate entities.

No, your god is not "the god'. You are only one group of people to call whatever god that they laud as the one true god. Many different god-myths claim to have created everything. They are all separate entities as the myths tell it.

Allah wants only the Islamic, Yahweh only the Jews, and Jehovah actually fishes for no one. All of his promises can be negated by the book itself. For instance: the ten generations of bastards, the anything you ask in his name, his hardening of hearts. Your god and Pele, and in fact all gods, are the same ... imaginary. They are all god fails.

Allah is the name used by arabs both muslim and christian
Yahweh is generally used by jews, it is a name to pronounce YHVH
Jehovah just means Lord YHVH
They are names for the God of Abraham as used by different ethnic groups.
Anyone can pray to the God of Abraham, for he is the only God
.
Where does Pele come into this?
Do you follow soccer?
Or just like black men?.....(silly question...the answer is obvious)

To: I dont have 40 questions to ask the topix atheist, but I got these...

#18 - Are humans of more intrinsic value than animals? Why or why not?

Reply - The answer is "No". We are animals. Look up the definition. And why would that factor into our lack of thiesm? Why would any value placed on non humans or humans matter, would that prove the silly buybull god?

Are you a vegan?
Do you eat meat (besides some sambobucks)?
If yes, do you advocate or practice cannibalism?
Do you have sex with animals?(apart from sambobucks)
.
Hey youre the one who says humans and animals are equal in every way.
God gave us stewardship over the earth and its creatures, we are expected to ensure their welfare but we have to ensure our welfare too. But we have to do it with fairness and balance.
We dont expect animals to build houses and roads for us in order to be fed.
Neither should they be used in experimentation and vivisection as practiced by your atheist scientists

Top Ten Signs You're a Fundamentalist Christian
10 - You vigorously deny the existence of thousands of gods claimed by other religions, but feel outraged when someone denies the existence of yours.
9 - You feel insulted and "dehumanized" when scientists say that people evolved from other life forms, but you have no problem with the Biblical claim that we were created from dirt.
8 - You laugh at polytheists, but you have no problem believing in a Triune God.
7 - Your face turns purple when you hear of the "atrocities" attributed to Allah, but you don't even flinch when hearing about how God/Jehovah slaughtered all the babies of Egypt in "Exodus" and ordered the elimination of entire ethnic groups in "Joshua" including women, children, and trees!
6 - You laugh at Hindu beliefs that deify humans, and Greek claims about gods sleeping with women, but you have no problem believing that the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, who then gave birth to a man-god who got killed, came back to life and then ascended into the sky.
5 - You are willing to spend your life looking for little loopholes in the scientifically established age of Earth (few billion years), but you find nothing wrong with believing dates recorded by Bronze Age tribesmen sitting in their tents and guessing that Earth is a few generations old.
4 - You believe that the entire population of this planet with the exception of those who share your beliefs -- though excluding those in all rival sects - will spend Eternity in an infinite Hell of Suffering. And yet consider your religion the most "tolerant" and "loving."
3 - While modern science, history, geology, biology, and physics have failed to convince you otherwise, some idiot rolling around on the floor speaking in "tongues" may be all the evidence you need to "prove" Christianity.
2 - You define 0.01% as a "high success rate" when it comes to answered prayers. You consider that to be evidence that prayer works. And you think that the remaining 99.99% FAILURE was simply the will of God.
1 - You actually know a lot less than many atheists and agnostics do about the Bible, Christianity, and church history - but still call yourself a Christian.<quoted text>
Sounds like 90% of the xtians that I know.

I said that humans and animals are the same thing. We are animals, look up the word.

Why exactly have you decided that I have a sex life that is any of your concern? Have you some emotional investment in it that I am unaware of? You obviously are threatened by the men of one skin color, do you even know why?

It not because of black men, that you can't get laid. That is all on you. A women can take one look and know to run away.

Religions frequently promote inbred social networks. Youíre encouraged to spend more time with people who share the same belief system while disengaging from those with incompatible beliefs. Sometimes this is done subtly; other times itís more obvious.

A paper concerning the proof of a god? "Concerning", but no offer of proof, right? What could you say?

There is no actual proof? We already know that. Tell us how could an actual god be beaten by an iron chariot.

What would you accept as proof?
Or are you just going to play word games with semantics and dialectic redefinitions constantly?

You just played a word game yourself.

Don't ask what people would "accept as proof." Just PROVE YOUR GOD EXISTS!

Shouldn't be that hard, right? I mean, assuming he DOES exist?

And do go ahead and write us a scholarly paper and why you think your God should exist. We have the Kalaam Cosmological Argument for dessert around here. LOL

Religion is a crutch for weak minds.

If their prayers are answered:
Aunt Betty Lou beat cancer and is going to live!!! Praise god!!

If their prayers are NOT answered:
Aunt Betty Lou lost her battle with cancer. It must be gods will.

I believe in a higher power. I also believe Christians are the most closed minded and ignorant people I've ever met.
