about what I said......80%. Only about 3% are atheists because its obviously such an idiotic thing. What is your goal angel? Do you ultimately want 100% atheism in America? I just don't get it. Why worry about Christians so much?

answer my question.......whats your ultimate goal? You want nobody to believe in God? Why does it bother you so much?

The vast majority of atheists, IMO, don't give a rats ass what you believe. It's the fact that fundamentalist christians aren't happy enough with their beliefs so they try to have them taught as SCIENCE in public school classrooms and written into laws to govern EVERYONE! If it wasn't for those 2 main reasons there would likely be little reason to even talk about it

yup was just waiting for your "school argument" which happens to be totally bogus. I went to public school my entire life and not once was there any mention of creation. On the other hand, there is mention of evolution as it relates to man. This, of course, is only a belief system yet its taught as fact. Christians are the ones that should be mad..not atheists.

Written into laws? Give me some examples because I have no clue what you are talking about. You probably don't either. Examples? I'll be waiting

You stated that evolution is only a belief system.

This is pretty much definitive proof that everyone is arguing with someone that doesn't have a firm grasp on reality.

I wonder why anti thinks they have to make new medications, pest controls and weed killers?

Even the Catholic Church has agreed that evolution is correct.

You believe we evolved from an ape like ancestor. This is simply a belief system which should never be taught to anyone.

Who cares what Catholics believe? I don't. The bible clearly states the view on creation. If Catholics don't agree with the word of God then they shouldn't even consider themselves believers.

I don't doubt that you completely believe we evolved from ape like creatures, but that doesn't prove anything. I'll ask you what I've been asking everyone. Where are the millions of transitional fossils showing this supposed transition? Where are they???? Let me answer that for you....you have no idea.

I'm willing to try to make it easier for you. Give me one example of one species turning into another. Doesn't have to be man. It can be any animal. Just one example

We broke off from the missing link (an ape like creature) who is not missing any longer but not from actual apes. The knowledge of this requires an education not Sunday School.

Religion talks about being left behind. What you don't seem to realize that YOUR the ones being left behind.

We are moving forward without you and the others that think like you. Oklahoma has made headlines all right, for their ridiculous attempt at enshrining the ten commandments on State Grounds. Now every religion will have to be accommodated, I'm awaiting the noodley-appendage of the Flying Spaghetti Monster to make an appearance...

Just like the Constitution says, if your going to have one, you have to have all....

broke off from the missing link? uh huh okay. We have found this missing link? Is he related to the Piltdown man? Amazing how gullible people can be. Still waiting for some examples of one species changing into another. By evidence, I mean actual pictures or fairly complete fossils showing this supposed transition. There should be millions so surely you can come up with at least one. Please don't send me a picture of an artistic rendering or on small bone that some "scientist" extrapolated into a being.
