Have you got faith, that your god can move a mountain?
Well of course you do. So move me a mountain, and prove that your god is real. One itsy, bitsy iota of faith, no more, no more does it take than that, no more. Your god has promised that something infinitesimally small, an almost nothing, a bit o' faith, just a tiny bit, will do the trick.
So move me a mountain, quit spouting bits of the book. You have what it takes, to prove him, move me a mountain!
For I will not believe, unless he keeps his word, I will not. Somewhere in the history of Christainity, has a mountain been moved by prayer? Just one? Has no one asked yet in his name? Has no starving child met the laid out criteria, to merely ask in his name? Not one?
The bible god promises, anything that you ask, so ask. I and countless atheist will become believers almost instantly. I am not saying we would worship the damned thing, but we would believe it existed.
How many hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions of those believers have not had even that tiny bit of faith? Yet the ones who do, the pure space cadets, the mentally fractured, haven't moved a mountain either.
Would that be because you have no god, you only have a book and someone who is using it to make his living with?
Let's make it even easier...
Post my full name here . As RP said, it says in the bible that jesus said ANYTHING that you ask for in prayer will be yours. He said it not once, but several times!! ANYTHING! He did not say it had to be god's will, he just said you have to have faith. It says that all things are possible with god, but yet, an amputee has never had their missing limb regenerated. Every minute of every day, 14 children under the age of six die somewhere in this world(Statistically). I bet their parents are praying for divine intervention in the vast majority of cases, yet none are spared. In addition, the majority of thoses children are doomed to hell because they believe in the wrong god!! By no fault of their own, they were born into a culture that does not believe in the right god, so poof! off to hell they go for an eternity of pain.
I am so glad it's all just a myth.
