Lol. 1.3billion. Man, You must be so dumb. There is 1billion Atheists in 2014 currently and second of all, am I dumb because science can't prove their theories. I know Science and love Science, There's only one reason why religious people see science as a bad thing, and that's because Atheists think because their Atheist, therefore their automatically a scientist of some sort. ATHEISM IS NOT SCIENCE.
You think you are a friendly person. No, you just a ignorant Atheist who thinks religious people do just evil and wrong. Just a pathetic Atheist who thinks that nothing, absolutely nothing, made life.
If I was you, I would at least say thank you God for giving me life and not try disproving him of creating me.
BTW, math was my subject at school. Just because I'm religious, doesn't mean I'm not as intelligent as you.
You can't really say anything about Atheists or Science, until you can prove the Creationist god your cult sent you here to sell us.

You're a nice person(sarcasm)

I can't name one comment you've made claiming evidence. Every comment you have is either a insult or a complaint.

<quoted text>A god has not been involved in your life and you know this as well as we do. If so you'd follow it's holy words to the letter. You and the rest of the pretenders would be terrified not to. Yesterday is the past "history"
Science is "all technical" all of the time, you just haven't been paying attention.
It's actually sad, how you winnow out certain bits and pieces of science that you will accept, exactly like you do your god. Were you to truly accept either a god or science, you would know that the other is canceled out completely. And with your your belief system, you have no choice, clearly the device by which you access the net, is witchcraft. And you are not out killing witches, are you? You are in fact using the witchcraft, which puts you in a bad position should you actually cross the path of a true believer.
You can have one or the other, but not both.
BTW: How many sinners have you stoned to death?
As far as sitting on the side of the street, clearly a goad* was needed. And the BBT, I do not claim to know anything about, but I do know that the so-called buybull god is a joke and tool used against rather slow minded people, who just choose not to see truth.
And "gave you" a girlfriend, does she have no value other than that which a god would deem her have, a hole through which she would serve a master/owner/husband, any of the three (all one and the same) is good with your god. Does she know that staying girlfriend is the safest course of action for her, for as wife your god might punish you by having the neighbor rape her in the street?
*Goad in your case being a witch doctor/minister/priest/sooth sayer or some other self serving liaison to the gods.
You think God is a joke. If life was a so called accident why don't we all just call it a joke. I may as well call my future career a joke and all my achievements a joke. How can you look at the positives of life and call it a joke, call it a accident.

you're so stupid thinking that we stone people. It was just how people got by in the biblical times, that's how they got justice, stoning people. I'm not saying it's right, I'm not saying God wanted stoning, it's just a fact of how people thought they got justice, not because religion said so.

I've spoken with God, I've seen him and I will love him more than my future children.

So the buybull is no longer valid? Your god's only word, you choose to knowingly not follow because it's how they got justice in buybull times? LOL!

Really, you haven't thought this through have you? Tell me the justice in your god punishing a man by having his wife raped in the street, or forcing parents to cook and eat their children.

and neither does that guy you replied to or anyone else, nor probably any computer. Only agnosticism (not claiming to know) is rational and modest and sensible. Beyond that, people may have this belief or another as long as they do not force it on others (including innocent children) or do horrible things because of their beliefs. I think agnostic atheism is most sensible - it avoids believing anything silly, and it avoids claiming to know when one does not know. The doctrine that we know that we cannot know is a bit too dogmatic for me, but I strongly suspect that humans cannot know the answers to many cosmic questions - certainly not by the method of religion, and probably in some cases also not by the methods of science. Inquiry and provisional conclusions are the strengths of science - and provisional conclusions lead to risk assessments in what we are going to actually do in the world - such as on the matter of climate change. Which risk is worse if we are mistaken - that is the important question.

you are criticizing extreme cases. Even very moderate modern examples of following socalled Biblical precepts lead to very bad behavior - or the the absence of good behavior. The very notion that a person has sinned (either originally or individual) and needs to be saved in order to avoid hell and go to heaven, and that the way to be saved is by believing in this or that doctrine, is a sort of blank check allowing people to do bad things with the expectation that they can get away with it.
The least a decent religion could do is tell people to always try to be kind to other living beings, unless the other is a threat to onesself (assuming that you are not a bad person) or to other innocents or near-innocents. One is not required to be nice and die, or to be nice and allow others to die, because one does not act in defense of self or others.

Nope its a mental illness that you choose to be an idiot and believe in, despite plenty of evidence against it.

When you can actually prove your god, you have a the beginning of a conversation. But until then, you're just another common religious liar with no evidence of god, who is afraid that Atheists are right.

You're already been proven wrong, but you're back again to make a fool of yourself.

There's no such thing as god. You have no evidence that god is even possible, therefore your agnostic position is ignorant and false.

You really are a friendly person. I've not found one comment without you insulting us. How old are you? 12, maybe 11? Where did this universe come from if there was no God. Come Mr. Atheist, where did this life of ours all begin?

Yeah blah blah blah, you take things too literally. If I said "I am so hungry I could eat a horse", does that mean I would actually eat a entire horse or does that mean I'm just really really hungry.

The Bible is figurative. When you talked about that scripture about parents eating their children you take that literally. I already explained what it actually meant, so please bother making a effort and finding it or I'll answer you again if I really have too.

1. If I don't know where the universe came from, that doesn't mean it was created.

2. Why your god? There are thousands of others listed here: http://www.godchecker.com/

3. But I do know there is no all powerful compassionate god because we have evidence of avoidable suffering. So your god definitely doesn't exist.

Is atheism a philosophy held with any conviction or a passing phase in a consumer society? Trolls may choose to use phrases, "buy bull", out of desperation as their philosophy of consumerism seems self defeating. Replacing thought with advertising , dominant since the rise of advertising in the 1920s, seem shallow?

Over a cup of war, coffee and an inquiry into the mysteries of life the metaphysical discussion often move beyond the atheist consumerism?

Smiles In A Coffee House

Behind the barricade of books and papers,
In the earthy rise of espresso grinding,
Misty jets and the steaming milk,
Lavish scents and aromas black and silk;
Until the senses swim in their filters,
Percolated with velveteen sound and vision,
The caffeine palpitates from sip to vein,
Condensation accrues on the stencilled pane.
Across the babble and bubble of prose
Quoted and blown like froth from the cups,
Tinkling silverware, china rapping,
Rose red nails upon cedar-wood, tapping.
When the smile breaks from a private jest,
Or something her cellphone lover said,
Like the sun coming out in a rain-forest mist
Lips of a goddess that beg to be kissed;
I feel like a trespasser, a casual voyeur,
Yet my gaze cannot leave her Brazillian eyes,
Americano heat flares in my heart suddenly,
And I wish, how I wish, she were smiling for me
