The very next time you need electricity, medicine any motorized vehicle this is the pathetic science that you enjoy. Hypocrite

Your God did not create this... Instead he created diseases to kill you! Currently he's running a test on Ebola to see if he can use it to cull the growing population in his already overpopulated wonderful world. Jesus whispered to me that he regrets that "go forth and multiply stuff" ... it was a mistake.

Come to think of it you really don't need any medical pathetic science at of all! All you need do is pray and your heart attack will go away.
God loves you!

Medicine? Way to Pathetic!

EMS pathetic medical science equipment wont be used to save your life because you don't need it, when called be sure to tell them go away because their pathetic medical science tools mean nothing to you because science is too pathetic, and you know God Will keep you breathing without one of those pathetic respirators.

This post of yours is so blatantly ignorant I do believe you must've earned a doctorate in utter stupidity. Homeschooled or Sunday schooled?

Very obvious you've never attended any serious higher learning institution in your entire life.

Do you realize what a complete moron you're making of yourself?

Great post - I would of course argue the "gas chamber" spam post was the initial evocation, not mine.

Godwin's law evoked!
I knew it was only a matter of time :-/
Experts in ancient Greek culture say that people back then didnt see their thoughts as belonging to them. When ancient Greeks had a thought, it occurred to them as a god or goddess giving an order. Apollo was telling them to be brave. Athena was telling them to fall in love. Now people view a commercial for a Starbucks latte and rush out to buy, but now they call this free will. At least the ancient Greeks were being honest.
And with Godwin's Law evoked, Guess what world famous Christian said this...
Sshh!
Christians do not like to talk about this.
"MY FEELING AS A CHRISTIAN POINTS ME TO MY LORD AND SAVIOUR AS A FIGHTER. IT
POINTS ME TO THE MAN WHO ONCE IN LONELINESS, SURROUNDED ONLY BY A FEW
FOLLOWERS, RECOGNIZED THESE JEWS FOR WHAT THEY WERE AND SUMMONED MEN TO THE FIGHT AGAINST THEM AND WHO, GOD'S TRUTH! WAS GREATEST NOT AS SUFFERER BUT AS FIGHTER. In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and of adders. How terrific was His fight for the world against the Jewish poison."

Java Jive for a coffee connoisseur
I do not pretend to be able to prove that there is no God. I equally cannot prove that Satan is a fiction. The Christian God may exist; so may the gods of Olympus, or of ancient Egypt, or of Babylon. But no one of these hypotheses is more probable than any other: they lie outside the region of even probable knowledge, and therefore there is no reason to consider any of them. The fact that an opinion has been widely held is no evidence that it is not utterly absurd; indeed in view of the silliness of the majority of mankind, a widespread belief is more often likely to be foolish than sensible.

Science in the 21st century can save you life through medical technology..
science in weaponry developed cluster bombs and Nuclear weapons which threaten humanity.
We hope that rational minds will control the later technology ...in the face of the mistakes made in the 1914 to 1918 war.

I don't care, because I have 6billion people who think you're making a fool of yourself and 1 billion people who think I'm making a fool out of myself. Science is so amazing, it says the big bang happened, then forgets to look at the fact that there was nothing so where that energy came from to start the Big bang.

They make claims about Evolution turned this magically into a whale and magically turned a ape into human, yet science hasn't even observed it or proven it.

Science can't even figure out what killed the dinosaurs. Many say it was a meteor while others say it was just a random change in the climate. Others say the dinosaurs evolved and many others say there was not 1 but 2 meteors that killed the dinosaurs. There are more theories and the fact is, all of them are just a theory. It's just one big blob of a argument that no scientists can prove when it comes to the history of Earth.

Just for the fact, I went to a private school, rated one of the best in the province, and the fact is, it was a Christian school.

But Hitler was also a believer. He paid money to the catholic church all his life and believed in the occult too.

Why all this talk of dinosaurs when your church taught the world is only a few thousands of years old?

.....that nothing you refer to ( Post No. 1 ) herein is GOD.

Its very difficult, actually impossible for human mind to think of nothing. If one
were to go into a dark room devoid of light, sound, and others.....and try to turn
off the brain and think of nothing.....well, the darkness surrounding you is still
something.

Only GOD can be aware of such things and we are far from being equal to GOD.

"One day there was nothing. Eventually nothing exploded and made space rocks and with minerals inside them. Then gravity came from nothing and crashed these rocks together to form planets. Then more meteors crashed on these planets and contained minerals like water.

Over time seas formed and living organisms randomly just created themselves because one of the planets called earth formed with all the right ingredients for life.

And then evolution did the rest."

Now one simple question, how did nothing create this universe of ours?

This is the reason i believe in god, because he is a logical cause for our universe and atheism is just ignorant people who are still depending on science to answer this question, but science had giving up.

Science will just say the big bang did it and then move on to the earth forming and evolution before anyone gets the chance to ask them about the big bang coming from nothing.

I bet atheists will now just laugh at my comment and call me names because they want to try avoiding this question.

Irrational believer is putting it mildly.
If you weren't willing, He killed you so not really much of a choice.
Religion was a tool for Hitler. He could use it in guise of what the real purpose was, which was to further empower him.

What was taught in your school about science in general and evolution in particular? Was it the position you express here? If so, how could its science program be "top-rated"? Did that rating come from a religious source or a secular one? If not, did you disagree with your teachers at the time or did you change your mind later? If later, how did that come about?

Your statements about science reflect so little understanding of its principles that it's hard to take them seriously. They have the hallmarks of the kind of biased approach that thinks about science only enough to make a feeble attempt to refute it.

Like many skeptics, I like science, not because it supports unbelief in God--it doesn't--but because it's amazing. Just look at http://www.sciencedaily.com/ on any given day. From the evolution of universal facial expressions and new insights into Ebola to regenerating joints with new cartilage tissue engineered from nasal septum, today's page shows how research continues to better our lives while making them more interesting. Scientists are among the most useful people on the planet.

“The good thing about science is that it's true whether or not you believe in it.” ― Neil deGrasse Tyson.
