R.D. Wilson who wrote “A Scientific Investigation of the Old Testament” pointed out that the names of 29 Kings from ten nations (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon and more) are mentioned not only in the Bible but are also found on monuments of their own time. Every single name is transliterated in the Old Testament exactly as it appears on the archaeological artifact – syllable for syllable, consonant for consonant. The chronological order of the kings is correct.
Is RD Wilson ignoring the kings the Bible got wrong? For example, the Book of Daniel has the Babylonians defeated by "Darius the Mede", when they were really conquered by Cyrus?

Finally let’s look at Jesus. What evidence do we have the he existed?
I didn't question that Jesus existed. He was likely a Jewish sect leader in the 1st century.

That there is any mention of Jesus at all is unususal. As far as the Roman world was concerned, Jesus was a nobody who live in an insignificant province, sentenced to death by a minor procurator.
In conclusion we find the bible very accurate.
Why is it unusual? Tacitus isn't mentioning Jesus because Jesus did something historically notable. He's talking about Christians because them being blamed by Nero was notable and he throws in an extra detail about their religion.

You should read Jeremiah 7, look at verses 21 a those that follow. God never wanted burnt offerings or sacrifices, he just want his people Israel to obey him. Also, if a Jew made a vow, he would hold him to it.

Just as it is today, he just wants us to trust and obey him. If we love him, we will keep his commandments, the NEW one the NT love one another. Most of all to believe in his everlasting covenant he make with us since the beginning of this new world. In the beginning of this new world, we were all one in the body of Christ, Sons and Daughers of the living and true God in the life of Christ

You blaming the wrong person. All falls on man, man, man, man, and man. The Lord God Almighty did NOT make this world like it is today. All these false gospels, doctrine, and spirits is the cause. They deny the second coming and resurrection from the dead, for all was dead to the law and the sin of Adam and changed us and made a everlasting covenant with his new wife in Christ, forever and ever.

He said, the day will come, they will deny the one that brought them on his cross outside that old city and also deny the evelasting covenant and ther will be NO OINTMENT AND MEDICINE TO HEAL THEM. People are getting sicker and sicker and NO medicine will heal them.

So you Atheist is barking up the wrong tree, the fail falls on you, NOT the Lord God Almighty of the Spiritual Nation of Israel.

If you don't lile my English, PLEASE DON"T read it, it just may do you some good.

Loving TRUTH and GRACE is the healing of God in his beloved Son, which is the Lord Jesus Christ and who is the HEAD of all men.

And so Yahweh held Jephtha to his promise of a burnt offering and stood by doing nothing as he roasted his daughter as a sacrifice to him. Also it's so funny you have Jesus being someone's wife!

What about Jeremiah 15:14?

here you can read that if God so chooses, he will sell people into slavery.

So it's do what God wants (worship him) and be rewarded or disobey him and be sold into slavery. So much for choice and free will, huh? And so similar to obeying God and he sends you to heaven or disobey him and he sends you to hell.

Enslaving people is simply wrong on so many different levels and yet your god does nothing to outlaw it, preferring to ban menstruating women instead.

There's nothing good about this.

That passage gets glossed over in the churches or gets chalked up to works in mysterious ways.

And these idiots swallow it!

Hi, I wrote about Jeremiah, to show you who started the sacifices, NOT GOD.

Most important to me, is the NT is the full filament of the OT. Ther OT is done away at the end of that old world. Amen, So all your yelling is about nothing.

I am not in the old evil world, I am under the everlasting covewnant in the blood of Christ, forever and ever.

Hi, the flood of Noah was never a physical flood of water and the Ark was not a ship of any kind, its a dark saying of old (Many in the OT), just like a parable in the NT. Psalms 78. When Jesus preached, he always referred to dark sayinmg of old in the OT. When the Son of man cometh, it will be like the days of Noah.
Noah is a picture of Christ. There was only one preacher of reighteousness that walk unpon the earth, the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ.
If you don't believe with all your heart, that Christ was the Son of God and was sent by God to be the saviour of that old evil world, God will not open the dark saying of old and/or the parables.
Parable/myth, it all boils down to pure BS!

Oh yes the dark Palestinian war god Yahweh loves the smell of blood and burning flesh. Here's where the apologetic says that they love the smell of a nice steak being grilled. A steak vs the whole animal is worlds apart in the smell.

Biblical Data Is Historically Testable
The Bible has become a significant source book for secular archaeology, helping to identify such ancient figures as Sargon (Isaiah 20:1); Sennacherib (Isaiah 37:37); Horam of Gazer (Joshua 10:33); Hazar (Joshua 15:27); and the nation of the Hittites (Genesis 15:20). The biblical record, unlike other “scriptures,” is historically set, opening itself up for testing and verification.
Two of the greatest 20th-century archaeologists, William F. Albright and Nelson Glueck, both lauded the Bible (even though they were non-Christian and secular in their training and personal beliefs) as being the single most accurate source document from history. Over and over again, the Bible has been found to be accurate in its places, dates, and records of events. No other “religious” document comes even close.
The 19th-century critics used to deny the historicity of the Hittites, the Horites, the Edomites, and various other peoples, nations, and cities mentioned in the Bible. Those critics have long been silenced by the archaeologist’s spade, and few critics dare to question the geographical and ethnological reliability of the Bible.
The names of over 40 different kings of various countries mentioned in the Bible have all been found in contemporary documents and inscriptions outside of the Old Testament, and are always consistent with the times and places associated with them in the Bible. Nothing exists in ancient literature that has been even remotely as well-confirmed in accuracy as has the Bible.
Proven creationist liar, lying about god to intelligent atheists.

Hi, everting in the OT was fulfilled in the NT. The former things are passed away and all things are made new and there is no remembrance of that place. The old world is desad and gone. Don't live in the pass, but in the present, under his everlasting covenant.
