To save yourself future ridicule remember this simple definition:

ďatheist - someone who denies the existence of godĒ

And yet Topix atheists will claim not to deny the existance of God but rather to have no faith in him

Ah yes, my stalker would, of course, go with the incomplete definition because his intelligence cannot accommodate anything more complex.

a∑the∑ist
[ey-thee-ist]
noun
a person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings.
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/atheis...

Definition of ATHEISM
1
archaic : ungodliness, wickedness
2
a : a disbelief in the existence of deity
b : the doctrine that there is no deity
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ath... #

1. Atheist

There are two in-use definitions of the word 'atheist':

1.) A person who lacks belief in a god or gods.

2.) A person who believes that no god or gods exist.

Um, all of those definitions say the same things, and yet you had a problem with one. Reading comprehension, you really suck at it.

We are all atheists to a degree. Even someone like you. It's not just about your deity. If you believe one or more of the gods listed here - www.godchecker.com do not exist you are an atheist towards those gods.

You are incorrect. I think following explains things rather well.

1) Strong Theist: I do not question the existence of God, I KNOW he exists.

2) De-facto Theist: I cannot know for certain but I strongly believe in God and I live my life on the assumption that he is there.

3) Weak Theist: I am very uncertain, but I am inclined to believe in God.

4) Pure Agnostic: Godís existence and non-existence are exactly equiprobable.

5) Weak Atheist: I do not know whether God exists but Iím inclined to be skeptical.

6) De-facto Atheist: I cannot know for certain but I think God is very improbable and I live my life under the assumption that he is not there.

7)Strong Atheist: I am 100% sure that there is no God.

I've seen very few non believers posting here that are not sixes.

As you already know, Dawkins declares himself as a six.

These people here (the athiest), are clearly more bright than the smartest person that ever existed in your entire family tree. Although all people are aswhols naturally, the burden falls upon the myth-makers not upon the individual parties researching biology and the science of the origins of life. If there were a God, he is a demon, and I wouldn't whorship a demon just because the demon wants whorship. He's just a bad alien, and an alien that needs to be destroyed. Damn the SOB to hell.

I believe in the ancient alien theory, that space aliens needed slaves to mine. The aliens took an ape which we are clearly direct ancestor, the aliens improved the DNA to make us, and here we are, evidence is everywhere. than it is transcribed into myths as creation.

Watch the vid. Ancient Aliens.

That's not a theory, that's a science fiction story. Of course it is more logical than creationism.

This is definitely NOT a theory. It doesn't even rise to the level of hypothesis. This is just speculation based on wishful thinking.
People read too many science fiction books and think they're actually based on fact. Lovecraft was one of the originals to posit this story, ironically.

Just for fun, I've created a Topix poll in our forum based on the Dawkins scale. Have a look.

Why?

If aliens have the (to us at least) incredible ability to traverse light years of space, they wouldn't need squishies to do something as mundane as digging for them.

As usual you are completely off-base. An atheist is one who is not theist, nothing more.
