It's more likely that most of those 500,000 simply moved from one strain of Christianity to another or perhaps gained a new enthusiasm for their existing beliefs. The only way to assess trends in belief is to keep up with statistical trends, and few, if any, of the Christian apologists on this forum have displayed any understanding of statistics. I haven't had my fingers on the pulse for a few months now, but I doubt that the trends have reversed: the nonreligious subpopulation is growing as a percentage in almost ever population that has been studied over the last decade.

I don't particularly care which way the trends go, actually. Each person is responsible for their own choices, and I believe that pressuring others to follow the same path that I do would be disrespectful. But the trends are what they are. trying to twist the data out of shape to mold it into one's desired world view is understandable, but it is still intellectually dishonest.

Just to say.

Atheism is this.

The universe came from nothing. Then Gravity came from nothing and put all the rocks together to form earth.

Then a moon perfectly aligned itself with earth. Then earth got it's self the perfect distance from the sun.

Then randomly meteors hit earth with all the minerals earth needs for life.

Then perfectly volcanoes made the atmosphere with all the right ingredients.

Then, hot stuff of some sort, created life.

Quite a coincidence, isn't it.

Wrong, and I'll show you why.

Shuffle then deal 52 cards.

There is only one chance in 80,658,175,170,943,878,571,660 ,636,856,403,766,975 ,289,505,440,883,277,824,000,0 00,000,000 of dealing this exact order.

Therefore the hand you just dealt shouldn't exist?

Once you get away from needing a designer, the above is of no concern.

When you need to make-up your own version of the views of the people you're arguing against... you've already lost the argument... as well as any credibility you may have had. But... that is the fundamental christian way. Lying is only a sin if you're not lying to promote your 'god'. Rather pathetic, don't you think?

That video has to be one of the most pitiful one I have ever sat for 30 seconds through (before I could stand no more)...

Seriously.

This idiot could not do a single thing, had it not been for **modern** science and electronics. The majority of which is atheist.

Does he care about any of that? Nope.

He is so brainwashed, he thinks his do-nothing god actually cares for him...

... but could not manage to replace his missing limbs.

That is one seriously abusive relationship, that's what that is.

I hear that Jesus is coming back to earth, from the dead, on clouds, with a bunch of angels, to rescue the Christians, kill everyone else with months of torture (for not believing in him enough), and then end the very universe!!!!

I just don't believe it and if it's not going to happen just like I wrote above then he was a liar.

If reality was good enough for them, theists would not have to cook up an invisible man in the sky and an afterlife that is way better than reality, especially because the afterlife for people they don't like is really awful.

So the below number used in this example cannot be verified or proven. Can you tell me anyone who has shuffled cards 80,658,175,170,943,878,571,660 ,636,856,403,766,975 ,289,505,440,883,277,824,000,0 00,000,000 times in order to get the result claimed?

What's even more sad is that siro is too much of a 'tard to find a way to multiply 52 x 51 x 50 x ... x 3 x 2 x 1.

Looks like siro only uses the internet to hate and not to inform.

So your large number for your card shuffle has only existed on paper?
You dont offer any physical proof of this being done, like evolution it is just another theory for topix atheists to hold as absolutely true without exception.
And yet you also say there is absolutely no proof of God?
Switch back to being skeptic, he made more sense.......
