Yea, the odds of a planet revolving, spining around in space at the same speed for bilions of years, with hardly any change, is odds on.

Actually, given the laws of gravity, the various properties of physics such as rotational velocity, etc. why do you think that's such a big deal? Especially when combined with the almost endless number of planets.
