The quoted piece presupposes that "drifting from traditional Anglican faith" is somehow the wrong thing to do.
In fact, the following in discipleship of the Teachings of Christ Jesus is what TEC is doing, much to the consternation of those who would try to hang onto their traditionally institutionalized hypocrisies and bigoted views - that they think they can continue to call "orthodoxy."
No can do, anymore. They've been caught with their pants down; just like the RCCers.
