from La Vista Sun:

"St. Barnabas is one of dozens of Episcopal parishes around the nation whose members have chosen to leave the Episcopal Church. They have done so for a variety of reasons, most having to do with their parishioners' and clergy's beliefs that the U.S. church has drifted from traditional Anglican faith.

"Long known for tolerating a wide variety of theological views, the Episcopal Church ..."

... no longer tolerates orthodoxy.

They should leave quietly. Let TEC have their pound of flesh. They feast on it. The members of the congregation know that the TEC's self-proclaimed "inclusiveness" does not include them in any way, shape, form or manner. It has not for a long time. It does not so now. It will not in the future. You are already excluded in this inclusive clique.

LOL!!!!......

You must be a close relative of Billy Clinton! He had trouble with the definitions of words, too.

"... no longer tolerates orthodoxy." as if YOU know what "orthodoxy" means.

The quoted piece presupposes that "drifting from traditional Anglican faith" is somehow the wrong thing to do.

In fact, the following in discipleship of the Teachings of Christ Jesus is what TEC is doing, much to the consternation of those who would try to hang onto their traditionally institutionalized hypocrisies and bigoted views - that they think they can continue to call "orthodoxy."

No can do, anymore. They've been caught with their pants down; just like the RCCers.
