Even though it took 12 years I am glad to see that they caught him. Just think of all the money, time and effort that could have been saved if they would have deported him the first time he was arrested. He has been working and operating a business commiting fraud for years. He is lucky he does not have to spend a few years in jail and pay fines before he is deported.
Now let's talk about the American families that are pulled apart by arrests. If illegal aliens can shouldn't be arrested if they have a family here then Americans should not be arrested for crimes they commit if they have a family.

Mexico seems to be quite willing to assist Chinese in their quest to enter illegally, and I am sure he paid her/somebody a handsome price. So, he's guilty of entering illegally, and of using a stolen credit card, which of course he swears that he didn't know was in fact stolen. He lived here 12 years without ever applying for refugee status or a green card. What did he expect...living a lie always has its pitfalls, and he finally has to face the consequences of his actions.

Another slanted story from the press. This is his own damn fault. Either come here legally or stay home.

The title of this article should read: Illegal father finally to be departed, HIS actions caused the break-up of his family.

These people know what they are doing is illegal yet they still do it and then try to claim they didn't know? Seems they have some issues with honesty.

On a sociological level, it will change the entire demographic equation from a dominant European culture—to that of an entrenched and intractable poverty for tens of millions that arrive from cultures mired in poverty and illiteracy. It means degraded education, endless welfare, disenfranchisement and crime. It will destroy America’s middle class as wages and jobs degrade to the lowest wages because of so many millions of people willing to work for so much less.

We will see more cities like Detroit fail as Americans flee further into the middle of the country and further north.

What word best describes third world countries like Haiti, Mexico, India, Bangladesh, Indochina and others? Why can’t those countries rise out of their poverty? Why can’t they succeed? Answer: illiteracy. Today, Detroit, Michigan, suffers from endless immigration while Americans flee. Detroit sports a 76 percent dropout/flunkout rate in Detroit public schools.(Source: Brian Williams NBC News, June, 2010) CNN reported that 7,000 students drop out of America’s high schools every single day of the nine month school year; one every 26 seconds; total of 1.2 million annually. Folks, that stands as a monumental number of illiterate people. That number illustrates our devolvement into a third world country.

The most heartbreaking of all this .........American lemmings just sat back, drank their beer, watched tv on 70" screens, partied on week-ends , and let this ALL happen. With a few exceptions of course.

We're reaching the point of no return. Our gov't and the MSM is destroying the country in the name of greed and political correctness. I wonder what the Lib-tards will think when THEY are replaced by mexicans and muslims??

How about American families pulled apart due to an illegal murdering one of them? If our laws were followed,it would never had happened.
