from the article:

While jw actually believe they are major players on the world scene they really are "third stream JV players"

beyond waking folks up on Sat AM- despite pushing BILLIONS OF PCS of their literature folks still ask

WHO ARE JW

THEY have a self inflated ego of themselves on the religous stage of the world

What’s a Jehovah’s Witness?” asked one of the sixth grade students when I was working as a catchiest for a CCD class on Monday night. She was curious because one of her friends said they were a Jehovah’s Witness, and the Jehovah’s Witnesses had knocked at her family’s home a few times, trying to convert them.

I explained to the girl that they are actually a rather small but very visible Christian denomination that believes they have to convert everyone to their church in order for the people to experience salvation.

Most Christian groups don’t do that, I told her, and Jehovah’s witnesses are actually much smaller compared to mainstream Christian denominations like Lutherans.

But then Jace the witnesses may be nothing..but the name Jehovah, thats something different

and Jehovah states he will not let his name be defamed..so we can be confident that Jehovah will take action because of his great name.

but what witnesses have to learn is not to trust and promote themselves..but to reference God and make his name known and hold up Jesus as a signal and not themselves.

But now lets see..

your words or words of scripture?

"i am Jehovah, there is no other God.'

sorry Myth..its Gods word over yours

because his name is found in scripture..

and your words are not..so therefor yours are just an opinion...

Gods word has never told us his name has ever been pronounced wrong..you would think a loving God would warn us of a danger like that..but no..

instead he warns us that men will try and make us forget his name..and we have experienced that..

You are totally ignorant.

The fake, fabricated name, "jehovah" was inserted into scripture by men.

BY MEN!

Here's the facts...

The jehovah's witnesses teach that the only true name for God is "jehovah", and that the only way God's name can be sanctified is by calling God by His true name.

This false religion claims that to call God by any other name is to dishonor Him.

Since the jehovah's witnesses put an exclusive emphasis on the name "jehovah", how can they honestly say they are being obedient to Acts 1:8?

Keep in mind the insertion of the name jehovah in the New Testament by jehovah's witnesses goes completely against what is found in the early manuscripts of the New Testament.

Jesus said to the disciples in Acts 1:8 "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be MY witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth".

There is only one name by which true followers of God should be identified. We are called to be witnesses of Jesus Christ, not the fake, fabricated name, jehovah!

Those of you who defend Satan's cult, the jehovah's witnesses should consider the truth:

In whose name should we meet together?(Matthew 18:20; 1 Corinthians 5:4)

Demons are subject to whose name?(Luke 10:17; Acts 16:18)

Repentance and forgiveness should be preached in whose name?(Luke 24:47)

In whose name are you to believe and receive the forgiveness of sins (John 1:12; 3:16; Acts 10:43; I John 3:23; 5:13)

By whose name, and NO OTHER, do we obtain salvation (Acts 4:12)

Whose name should be invoked as we bring our petitions to God in prayer?(John 14:13, 14; 15:16; 16:23, 24)

In whose name is the Holy Spirit sent?(John 14:26)

Whose name and authority was invoked by the disciples in healing the sick and lame?(Acts 3:16; 4:7-10, 30)

Whose name did Paul tell us to call upon (1 Corinthians 1:2)?

Whose name is above every name (Ephesians 1:21; Philippians 2:9-11)

The answer to each of these questions is Jesus Christ, not the fake, fabricated jehovah.

Real Christians are called to be witnesses of Jesus Christ.

False Christians witness for the fake, fabricated jehovah.

I believe that in the name of Jesus forgiveness of sins is to be preached

I also believe that there is no salvation in any other name given under heaven among men for men to be saved..I also believe we are to be witnesses of JESUS.

and I believe that the name Jesus means ...Jehovah saves.

and so he does and men are unable to insert anything into scripture to do with Gods sayings..because those very same scriptures tell us in

Psalm12 6-7 " The sayings of Jehovah are PURE SAYINGS..."

and " You yourself O Jehovah will guard them , you will preserve each one from this generation to time indefinite."

In your reasoning you really are trying to get people to believe God lies, and his word can't be trusted

not so..we can trust Gods word, but we have been warned not to trust men..

and sorry but your a man and Gods word says his name is Jehovah.

and a true prophet comes in Jehovah's name to bear witness to his Christ..Jesus.

My grand daughter is in the fifth grade and knows what a Jehovah witness is. Any child of that age can comprehend what a Jehovah's witness is when it is explained to them. They are very curious at this age.

Jehovah is great..but many are using his name in vain..because thousands of those who call themselves Jehovah witnesses confess every memorial that they lack discernment

Discernment means..spiritual understanding, and if they say that Jehovah is teaching them then they would give voice to God for discernment

but because of being lulled into a false security by an organization..they have begun to take pride in lacking discernment of the Body of Christ.

The Body of Christ would be literally united in a world-wide brotherhood, not scattered about in the many conflicting denominations of professed Christianity or not associating at all.

So tell me, if the Body of Christ is not exclusively amongst the JW's, where are they?

Thats where you are wrong ..because Jesus says when he returns after the great tribulation he will send forth his angels with a trumpet sound and gather his chosen ones from the four winds."

Why would he have to gather Israel TOGETHER ,if we were already collected together..God has chosen Israel.

Its only an organizational teaching that God has gathered Israel before the tribulation..thats not found in scripture.

He who has scattered Israel will again gather him together.

Nine men gathered TOGETHER in Brooklyn does not constitute the whole BODY of Christ..and even within your organization you have no idea where the BODY of Christ are ..isolated by themselves in unbelieving halls ..taking the bread and wine in isolation whilst enduring the snickering of others as they think they have it wrong...isolated they are; even within your organization..

But we are told from scripture " 2 Thess 2 [1]

" however brothers , respecting the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ , and our being GATHERED together TO HIM , we request of you , not to be quickly shaken from your reason nor to be excited either through an inspired expression or through a verbal message or through a letter from us , that the day of Jehovah is here , let no one seduce you, because it will not come until the APOSTASY comes first......"

Now the APOSTASY in Daniel tells us Daniel 11 [32] And those acting WICKEDLY AGAINST the covenant, he will lead into APOSTASY by means of smooth words...

Think about it Duh-Boy

You are a group of people who have no discernment of the Body of Christ, being gathered into an " organization" that teaches the new covenant Jesus mediates is not for the greater number..no wonder Jesus warned the love of the greater number will cool off, before he returns

and they are not gathered into Christ at all because you can't discern his Body to start with..thinking a religion is what you have to join ..

Anything you have to say about your religion can be said about a hundred religions..but Jesus Body, God has set in it shepherds and teachers that KNOW their assignment is to BUILD UP THE BODY OF CHRIST..which you confess you are not a member of in the first place..so your teachers and shepherds haven't done a good job on you.

Yes, thats correct, so she knows the truth about them and not the glorified story that you would tell your grandchild, the one where the organization of Jehovahs witnesses and the religion (which is not biblical) are going to save you at judgment day. She knows who her savior is, and it is not a religion.

DB if you were honest, you could see that I would never teach my grandchild lies about JW's, because I tell a certain person on here all the time how she lies about what JW's do. I do not see any reason for lying about something when there is enough truth to help a person see where the dangers in the religion are. Once you prove to me that I MUST be a JW to be saved, I will continue with who the bible tells me is my Savior.

The body of Christ is with all those who BELIEVE, TRULY BELIEVE IN HIM.

1 Corinthians 12:27
As for you, you are the body of Christ, and individually you are members of it

Romans 12:5 so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others

1 Corinthians 1:2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ--their Lord and ours:

WITH ALL THOSE EVERYWHERE WHO CALL ON THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. That means, ANYONE who calls on Jesus DB, you call on the name of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses. It does not says everyone of ONE religion, it says those who call on the name of Jesus Christ. How often do you call on the name of Jesus Christ.

In revelation god addresses his PEOPLE and tells them " come out of Babylon the Great MY PEOPLE, if you do not want to share in the punishment for her sins."

It appears Gods own people are definitely scattered in Babylon and do need to be collected together, because that scripture is CURRENT.

we are told to separate ourselves from unbelievers and Jehovah says he takes us in..we become sons and daughters to him and he becomes our God..thats the new covenant teaching..

you can't have Jehovah as our God any other way.

Jesus is the WAY.

And he is the mediator of a new covenant..nothing else.

If you want to understand your Bible, you must take in accurate knowledge of the Scriptures as Jehovah's witnesses teach the truth. 1Timothy 2:2-7

Do not be misled, no one will survive the end of this world unless you have the approval and protection of Almighty God Jehovah. And unless you are obedient to Law of Christ you are disobedient. Psalm 37:11

No matter what you have been taught or what you believe is the truth about God and life, the only truth established as fact is God's word the Bible. John 17:17

Now is the time to start your Bible study with Jehovah's witnesses, and adjust your thinking and life
according to the truth and direction of God's word the Bible. John 17:3

Only a few will find the road to everlasting life on Earth, and very few will stay on it to the end.
If you want to be happy and content now and in the future you must obey the Law of Christ.
John 3:36
