THE PATIENCE OF THE SAINTS

Any Christian can give me the answer I need when I ask him or her if Jesus was a Jew or a Christian. None needs to think twice to declare that Jesus was a Jewish man. And when I ask if he was of the Jewish or Christian Faith, the answer is equally prompt that Jesus' Faith was Judaism.

Now, I would like to bring Revelation 14:12 to your attention. "Here is the patience of the saints: Here are they that keep the commandments of God - aka, God's Law - and the Faith of Jesus," which was Judaism.

One is naturally expected to wonder why this one among the several authors of the book of Revelation would, all of a sudden, write this text as a probable reference to the Jews, when Christians were around for probably about 40 years or more. Obviously, this author was not familiar with the frequent Pauline allegories on freedom from the Law.

The Patience of the saints. Interesting to notice, the characteristics of identification he presents for the saints is the commitment to the Law and the Faith of Jesus, which was Judaism. Who else could fit in this identification than the Jews? Obviously, he was talking about the Jews, considering the Christian obsession against both: The Law and Judaism. Let alone the Pauline policy of replacement of Judaism by Christianity, according to Galatians 4:21-31.

Anyways, according to the preface to this book in the NAB, "The author calls himself John, who, because of his Christian Faith, was exiled to the rocky island of Patmos. Although he never claims to be the apostle of the same name, some of the Fathers of the Church preferred to identify him so. It is quite like that the author was at least, a disciple of John's, the Apostle. The book was composed at the end of the reign of Domician (81-96 ACE) who was a fierce persecutor of Christians.

The bottom line though, is that the saints of the Most High are here described as being those who keep the Law and Judaism, according to Revelation 14:12. Odd indeed, that I had to find such an evidence in the book of Revelation of all the NT. It is also evidencial that the author of this text was rather in tune with the gospel of Jesus than to that of Paul's.(Mat. 5:17-19)

Jesus' religion was not Judaism, Jesus lived by the Law of Moses, raised by devout Jewish parents. As the promised Messiah to the Jews, Jesus began his new religion teachings of pure worship to God by obedience to the new Law he preached, the Law of Christ fulfilled the Law of Moses, based on Hebrew Scriptures as the only truth. John 17:17

Jesus proved he was the Messiah and he was accepted and obeyed as such by sincere Jews looking for their deliverance from bondage to sin and death. Also to survive the prophetic destruction of Jerusalem that was to destroy the complete Jewish system forever. That happened in 70 C.E. by Rome, the world ruling power at that time. Matthew 24:14

Any Jew that now wanted to worship Jehovah God, had to become subject to God's direction through Jesus and the Apostles. Matthew 28:19,20

This post of yours above is pure promotion of the Pauline policy of Replacement Theology. Some scholars have classified Replacement Theology as Christian anti-Semitism. Therefore you are still promoting Anti-Semitism in the 21st Century which has become an aberration.

There is no hope in the dead. Jesus has been dead for 2000 years. Wake up and read Ecclesiastes 9:5,6. We are in the 21st Century already.

Jehovah's witnesses preach the Bible and only the Bible standard and principles to live by, and do live by them.
Therefore they are the only people who are directly used by our heavenly Father Jehovah God and his King Jesus to preach the good news of God's Kingdom.
Matthew 24:14

The resurrection of the dead was a main truth Jesus taught, since it was Jesus who is the redeemer of all mankind, even the dead. The miracles of the resurrections in the Bible, prove the dead are just sleeping and they will live again in God's new world of peace and happiness.

Do you know something? You ought to test your claim to teach under the light of Isaiah 8:20. "To the Law and the Prophets, if they don't teach according to this "word" it is because there is no truth them." Isaiah mentioned two words: "Law and Prophets" and said "According to this word." He meant Judaism because there is no Christian sect in the world that teaches against Judaism but the Jews. Since you don't teach according to Judaism, it is only obvious that what you teach is not true.
