Danica Patrick filed for divorce on Jan 3. in the Superior Court of Arizona, citing an "irretrievably broken" marriage with her husband, Paul Hospenthal.

On or about December 16,2005, the Board opened Complaint Number 05-18 against Respondent after receiving an email on May 3,2005 from A.K., a former patient of his, alleging that while she was his patient, she and Respondent engaged in a consensual sexual relationship over a period of several months, from February 2000, until May 2000, while she was sixteen (16) years old. A.K. also alleged that this sexual relationship continued sporadically over the next four years, during which time, A.K. received periodic physical therapy services from Respondent.
