Israeli strike kills 11 in Gaza, including children; pressure grows to halt fighting

An Israeli missile ripped through a two-story home in a residential area of Gaza City on Sunday, killing at least 11 civilians, including four young children and an 81-year-old woman, in the single deadliest attack of Israel's offensive against Islamic militants.

Thats not correct, it was Israel that killed their democratically elected leader first that started all this. Israeli government wanted this as they were fully aware of the sort of response they were going to get. They did that because they know they can get away with it. If they knew there was going to be a full blown war they wouldnt have dared. They calle militants because you guys wont let them have a government that can argue a case for a seperate nation. Even if they do it gets veto by the US!! Strange dont you think..

which democratically elected leader??? a Hamas member whose charter call for the extermination of the jews, no negotiations and so. Even worse the Palestinian people as a majority elected terrorists who call for genocide against those they are supposed to be negotiating with.

The only legal basis for the Palestinian nation to have its own entity on the land if the Oslo Accord.
No international document gives the Palestinians as a nation a legal right to the land for a state unless its with Israels agreement.

America became a nation by force, Israel became a nation at the expense of the Palestinains and its neighbors (by force). International law and diplomacy will not solve the problem.
