Woman gets jail term in Greenbrae cosmetic surgery fraud

A woman who used another person's identity to get a $20,000 breast lift and tummy tuck operation in Greenbrae was sentenced to nine months in county jail Wednesday.

What a ridiculous case. 9 months and she walks away with thousands of dollars of benefits. I am sure with this as an example that there will be a surge of similar crimes. The person who had her ID stolen will not even be recovered by the time the thief gets out of jail. What about restitution? Seriously, I am appalled with the soft punishment this crazy loon has received. I think Commander Bunny is absolutely right; reverse all of her procedures, and the Judge can foot the bill for it. Hopefully this poor victim can rebuild her status. I wonder if, because her identity was stolen, the credit card company will absolve her and reinstate her credit? I hope so.

Not possible to garnish Londie's wages...she doesn't work under her own ss#....Once her wages were garnished for child support she started working under another victims....she has been working YEARS under a differnt number.
