Kitzhaber: state Supreme Court loss won't make him OK execution

Gov. John Kitzhaber said Friday that he won't OK the execution of death-row inmate Gary Haugen, even if the Oregon Supreme Court rules that he can't force the inmate to accept a reprieve.

Killing to show that killing is wrong does not make it right. Need to stop the madness. Enough innocent people were put to death in a system that is corrupt and lawless. Yes their are the guilty but who are we as humanbeings to end their life? What about the innocent that get executed?
