Conditions in CMC create enraged, violant Mental Health Patients by subjecting them to isolation abuse. Combined with drug overdoses, malnutrition, inhumane conditions and punishment of staff for reporting abuse, CMC is costing us millions! The guards and medical staff are taking a beating but can't provide professional care. Similar to ASH but they don't use isolation torture. They loose their mind in just a few weeks, often never to regaine sanity.
