I have heard too many stories of medical negligence occurring in prisons, especially at Pendleton. Does someone have to die from an injury that occurred at this facility before their 8th Amendment is honored? I am speaking of "deliberate indifference to serious medical needs."
look it up, I did, maybe legal action from the outside would wake them up!!!
