Comments An Oregon State Penitentiary inmate accused of beating another inmate to death in 2008 is scheduled for trial Tuesday.
Since: May 09
Another wonderful example of why in some cases a "life" sentence is not enough.
He almost killed one person and now he "allegedly" killed another while in prison.
This is such a sad situation.
