Gary Haugen was my foster brother in the 70's, I remember the nice guy that loved music and playing drums. I do not understand what made him do what he did, I feel sad that he will be executed in August but I do believe he belongs where he is and if he wants to waive all appeals then so be it, it also will save all of the tax payers money the appeal process is long and expensive and to house and feed an inmate who admits to what he did. he should be allowed to be executed.
