A former Oklahoma State Penitentiary employee convicted of rape in May revoked her guilty plea because she was unhappy with the part of her sentencing that required her to register as a sex offender, she told the News-Capital . Former OSP employee Leah Hymer pleaded guilty May 11 to second degree rape, then withdrew her guilty plea on May 17.
