fact;gaurds and staff do bring in phones and has been going on for years.they must be searched before entering the prison..if a gaurd buys a cell phone for $50. he can re-sell it inside the prison walls for $500.things like this need to be stopped..but they will not,why because the gaurds will find other ways too smuggle them in..not all gaurds are bad...but most off them are
