he got hep from shareing a totoo tool most likley ,if this was the reason it of this own doing and we should not pay.

If he had received treatment for the hep he may have not progressed to his current condition. Why is it some inmates got treatment for hep C while others were not even monitored to check the progression and are allowed to die from liver failure. Is this not discrimination???
