I am Troys ex wife. This situation was so off the wall. If Troy was going to fight this he should had done so before he ggot released!! Instead he came out and whined saying he was a victim of the state. NOT!!! He got what he deserved. Well at first he did.troy knew very well what the special sentence was and what it invovled. But as usual he gets out of what he did. I feel he didn'T get enough time. He still lies to this day about being on drugs that night. He was NOT drunk nor high on drugs. Pretty bad he has learned how to beat the system. It don't matter he had his charged dropped down to Lascivious Acts- his first charge was third degree sexual abuse and he is what he is!! What ever happened to the stiffer laws and penalties? This was not Troys first time of doing this. The first one he wasn't charged with and should had been. He should have to register for the rest of his life!!!!
