The only one breathing a sigh of relief are the COs. For the rest of us life goes on as always.. My taxes dont go down until this Prison goes down and thats fact.

Those CO's risk their lives protecting the outside world from the criminals who are locked up. Wouldn't it be awesome if some prisons closed and we let more of those guys run free just so that your taxes can drop?/sarcasm
