Interesting unanswered questions:
This guy lived in Florida too, any issues like this down there?
He owns property in Troy and Schenectady, yet N.Y.S. only lists him as owning the doughnut, and plaza sites. What's up w/ that?
I remember recently his being connected with legal problems in Schenectady. What happened with that? Wasn't there other people involved with this too?
Did he ever travel out of state with any of these kids? Isn't that a Federal involvement?
This guy sure doesn't appear very educated. 62 years old and the Doughnut Shop is his first retail venture. Who else was behind this guy all these years?

But.. but... Here you are spilling your story on Topix? I just do not get it. This is the wrong group of mofos' to be sharing such a well thought out story such as yours to. Here is a great idea, go take your meds and take your story to the proper people before you say anything on here that might hinder any case you may have.
You are a kill-joy. This is simply FUN, Topix style.

OK! I have had enough!! I have known Dennis since I was 13 from the Big Brothers program! I know his parents, and they were wonderful people and they are doing the Eric Clapton thing, "tears from Heaven!" He used to work for the state also and has a $35,000 a year retirement pension. A lot of it he did inherit from his parents, but while he was working for the state, he also had his own investments and owned about 8-10 income properties and regular financial market investments. All the commercial property was owned by his parents, really his Dad is who ran everything. His parents also had a 2/2 villa in Deerfield Beach, FL which I have stayed in many times, now it is Dennis's along with a convertible corvette that is parked in that garage. He does own the plaza in troy, from inheritance also and the ground round. He told me he owns 6 companies! He has millions but that is no excuse for what he did, also to me when I was 13. I had to mail my statement to the Chief of Police.
Not sure what you are saying you have had enough of. Any facts on this guy are important and fitting for everyone to know. People need to know everything this guy is involved with. If they choose to boycott his interests, they have the right to know. Sadly two important retailers in the village could be affected.

Sadly your involvement and delayed reaction could have destroyed many other lives. Knowledge of this guys actions twenty years ago, will be hard to accept by some.

Do u think the police would jeopordize their case by calling reporters? Reporters are prob paying someone local to keep an eye out & watching his every move. Most normal people would just say "no comment" and leave it at that. If you really did nothing wrong there would be no reason to go ape shit on a reporter ... as for feeling sorry for him - NOT !

Hahahahahaha!!! The reporters don't pay to have people watched ya moron... The reporters get the story and then deliver the news.... Wow.. Thats fort plain for ya

He is out of jail. He will probably skip town and head out to Florida where he will continue to groom and molest children.

There are several ways - you can borrow it from a relative or friend or you call a bail bondsman (which is only a fraction of what the actual bail is) so he had several options. Let's see how long he can stay out this time ....

From reliable sources available to them. Not by paying a local civilian to watch their every move either. The media has strict policies they must follow. Sure, maybe the enquirer has some stretched stories but thats what it is for. When it comes to other types of media, they have to have facts, and proven facts or it would result in a lawsuit. Soooo since companies obviously try to avoid them as much as possible... Why would they bother paying someone to watch someone and hope to god... They are telling the truth? They don't, they are highly trained professionals that take their jobs very seriously. Im sure this is not one of the most interesting stories either. Fort plain isnt where it all happens. Just because the news channel was there, doesnt mean that the reason they were there was because of the crime he may have committed. My opinion, the story was interesting that the fact that basically a millionaire has been charged with fooling around with a child. Thats what makes it interesting. Unfortunately things like this happen every single day as we all are well aware, but not allways does it just so happen to be.... That a millionaire is a predator.
