Personally I think the USA would make a good start by teaching society the meaning of forgivesness and stop the idiocy of death panalty and the second kind of death penalty: life without parole.

I agree totally with the comment from Anja.
Änd what about its promulgated laws ?
Laws that were disigned by the legistative intent.
Some of their laws are strick with serious penalties or laws witch creates "Second Chance""
A Second Chance to reduce over crowded prison facilities !
This Law is 15:550.
I think the most of them inside already learnt what the meaning of forgiveness is, after those long years inprisoned, and those years they learnt a lot about life.
Also to many inmates spend their lifes much too long in prison, even for a less crime.
The criminal justice have to review his system and also give the poor most are black prisoners a good chance to have a attorney who help them with their case.
Being poor (and most black), you can spend the rest of your life in prison, even the crime is less, because have no money for a good defend.
Then speaking about the many, many political prisoners, lock up and trow the key away.
Is this Justice ?????
Please let the INJUSTICE turns into JUSTICE !!
And chance your law in what they are most be.
God bless you.
