Union files grievance over use of prison labor
Members of a municipal employees union have filed a grievance insisting the city cease using volunteer inmate labor from the Lake Erie Correctional Institution, City Council learned Monday.

Why not use them and save your town money. They were out on the street doing nothing but costing us tax payer money by going to court so why not let them give back. Stop the oh poor inmate has to do something. About time they do something good.
