Ohio Gov. John Kasich released a state budget proposal Tuesday that seeks to close an $8 billion budget gap through a combination of program restructuring, budget cuts and privatization of public assets.

I don't know if this is the best plan for the budget, but I trust that the Govenor has a staff of good people who have made this program based on the information they have.
