Accountants can play with numbers to achieve any result their employer wants. Anyone with common sense knows that private prisons are the wrong thing to do. It comes down to profit. To be profitable it stands to reason that the quality of care and personnel will suffer, and there will be increases in what they want paid for their work. And we will pay the bill on this private prison change. I still want to know who all in Ohio government is going to profit from private prisons.
