Dang shame the death row inmates stand a better chance of checking out from old age rather than actually being executed. They're on death row! Execute all that scum and free up some space and tax dollars!

i agree fry em or drug em just kill em .if you dont do the crime you dont do the time. i personally prefer a public hanging. do it in the courthouse yard once a month.it would stop a bunch oh this stupid shit, like all this drug mess. you get caught three times , drop the floor out from under ya. repeat felons ,drop the floor from under ya.wish i ran things for just six months. lmao

Thomas Jefferson allegedly once opined that an accused should have a speedy trial, and if convicted by a jury of his peers, of a capitol offence, the execution should be carried out within a fortnight.

Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines a fortnight as 14 days.

I think a killer should get only one appeal. After that his execution should come quickly.

I think the execution should occur soon enough after the crime that the memory of his horrible deed is still fresh in his mind.

I think a killer should be shown the same mercy that he showed to his victim.

And if a killer was especially cruel and heartless with his victim I see no problem with him suffering a little as he is executed.

That's just my two cents worth.

Eye for and eye, tooth for a tooth. If there is evidence and they are convicted, then why waste our money on their upkeep. Just execute them...done deal. Shouldn't have done the crime if you don't want the punishment, just saying!

I think an eye for an eye is good. I think that Bad things happen to prisoners while in prison. BUT they have a roof over their head, able to read, watch tv, and get the food they need. We have GOOD citizens that do not get those things. Part of me agrees with get it done, and maybe just maybe crime will go down because the criminals will see we aren't messing around. Then the other part of me wonders how many wrongly convicted people would have been killed if the orders were carried out quickly.
