I sat through the entire murder trial and Michael Hood and Sherryl Snodgrass were more than guilty...they also exposed her three children (2, 4, and 6) to all of violence...The kids were in the house when the murdered him, they loaded his body in the trunk of the car and drove from Ottumwa, IA to Blytheville, AK and disposed of his body in the Mississippi River. The Assistant Attorney general, Jim Ramey, said in opening statements...that he would prove that Sherryl and Michael were murderers...not smart murders because they were one hour from the Mississippi River...but they drove over 15 hours to put him in the Mississippi River. They also put him in 6 feet of water, weighted him down with a rock that was tied with 8 feet of rope...hence, his body floated to the water's surface, and that is how he was found.
Michael Hood's family want to glorify him in his death...that he has a PHD...after 25 years in prison...he should have had time to study...what else did he have to do? They also failed to mention that just before he killed Greg, he had just been released from prison for arson...(burning a fire truck)!!!
He lived 28 years longer than he should have...his should have been shot at close range with a sawed off shotgun and stabbed multiple times in the back and the head...they had plotted this for weeks prior to the murder, purchased the gun the week before, and drove 5-6 hours to kill Greg...
They robbed Greg's family of watching him mature...be a father involved in his children’s lives. He wasn’t able to play his music that he loved. His family has had a void since his death and never recovered from his death. Greg would do anything for anybody and always had a smile on his face.. Greg was the one totally misrepresented...he was a kind, and gentle father and never got to watch is son’s play baseball, his daughter grow up or be an uncle to his nieces and nephews.

I think you meant Blytheville, AR. I grew up about 30 minutes from there and I went to college there and worked at one of the steel mills.

If you sat through the entire trial, perhaps your memory isn't quite as sharp as you'd like to believe.

Sheryl loves her children more than anything or anyone in the world. She would NEVER have intentionally exposed them to violence. If you knew her at all, you'd have to acknowledge that she was a loving mother. It wasn't Greg raising those 3 kids. Where was he? He was working. He was partying with his friends and girlfriends; doing drugs, listening to his music. He wasn't being a father to his children.

This crime wasn't premeditated. No way you could know that, even if you did attend the entire trial.

Also, did you know that Jim Ramey has since been disbarred for unethical conduct? Yes, he lost his license to practice law and last I read he was working at a convenience market in Oregon.

The children paid the ultimate price. The children grew up orphans, without parents. They grew up in 3 different abusive homes. Where were Greg's loving brothers or the rest of the family? They weren't there to help raise their neice and nephews, I can tell you that.

You should get your story straight. Admittedly, it is sad that we will never know if Greg would've matured into a loving father. Maybe he would've stopped using drugs. We will never know.

I am the oldest son of my father Greg Snodgrass. So hopefully he died from a very slow painful death. He's lucky he didnt see the light of day outside of prison because I would have made sure he did!

Thanks for taking the time to follow the trial. I don't really have an memories of my dad and mom but it sure would have been nice to of been raised by family instead of being moved around from home to home. And for the piece of shit hood I'm so glad you finally had a chance to meet you maker. And I'm sure he gave you a quick kick in the ass down to hell where you belong! Where you friends with my dad by the way?

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Sagittarius

Don't be surprised if a member of the family is unpredictable or does things on the spur of the moment today. There's nothing to worry about because they won't do anything too alarming or disruptive. In fact, their actions will be like a breath of fresh air and they may even help you to escape from a current rut. So don't hesitate to be that little bit different yourself, either.
