I understand this facility has no computers and is overcrowded. Also that guards leave it to their discretion to permit an inmate to have toilet facilities.

Good! If prison conditions are bad, maybe people will be more reluctant to CHOOSE to be criminals!!

That shows lack of information. I was incarcerated at IWPthe old one and I can tell you why they moved, Rat and roach infestation buildings falling apart, no laundry able to be down, no shower facilities. law suits of wrong full death and the list goes on.

No prison should be a hotel, but in the same manner the people have rights to be safe and healthy. They cant keep from being beaten or hurt but at least give them a meal not covered in roaches or a decent shower once in awhile.

wow, and are you aware most all get out someday? when they do what type do you want out?being treated as less than human makes people act like animals, people are abused, raped and denied human rights,no one deserves that.a foolish choice does not mean getting off scott free, rape is not a fair punishment for not paying trafic tickets or smoking.hope you dont have teens, or do they deserve what they get? what a rube
