Thats right, but also think of all the other people that taxpayers pay for, ALL people in prison, ALL people on State Assistance, the police department and should I continue. Why should one die, when another will take her place later on today. I think the Death Penalty is cruel and unusual punishment. If for some reason she did ask for God's forgiveness, which she wouldn't have to do to begin with, because God don't hold people accountable for their sins, when they "Know not what they are doing" such as in her case. If she is exicuted tonight, she will close her eyes on that table and reopen them in the face of Christ. What a blessing that will be for her.

"Cruel and unusual punishment is what the death-row inmate gave their victims. A needle putting you to sleep is way too easy. Look at the monsters in Connecticut. Look at what they did to that family! They need days of torture and burning before they die, and that STILL wouldn't atone for their slaughter. If you want to get biblical, an eye for an eye would suffice.

This is morally wrong. You can't put a price on a human life. We need to strive to be more compassionate.

every story about her starts out as blah blah blah, "the 41 year old grandmother" why does the news try the sympathy card? to me it says she was a young mother and her daughter is a young mother. she is not a eldery sweet lady.

i do not have to know her, she was judged by a jury of our peers, she admitted to the crime, then claims to have a low iq to try and save her a$$. the law is the law, break it and pay the piper.

Wasn't having 2 people murdered "cruel and unusual punishment"? God DOES hold people accountable for their sins. Oh, she knew what she was doing. She wanted the insurance money. Are you really that stupid?
How about giving YOU PEOPLE the responsibility for murderers? You feed them, clothe them, house them, be RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS! You keep them from committing any more murders. I say PUT UP OR SHUT UP.
Personally, I say a murderer should be put to death in the same manner as their victim(s).
In 1983, I had a 9 year old on my Little League team. She was raped, strangled and 'violated' with a tree branch. When the piece of dog cräp (now, I've just insulted dog cräp) was caught, he was sentenced to die. YOU PEOPLE protested his death sentence and held a vigil outside the prison! But he was 'put down humanely'. YOU PEOPLE didn't morn Patty's death. YOU PEOPLE make me sick! I wonder how you'd feel if the victim was one of YOURS?

I agree with you 100% people are just so rude and inconsiderate, she paid for her crime, people just need to let her R.I.P
