butler minimum is not an annex it is a minimum security work crew jail. how can patterson close a minimum security prison! he is pulling a fast one by changing the status of the jail to an annex. just because it is right next door to butler asactc, a medium security jail, does not make it an annex. what patterson is doing is illegal and should be stopped before he closes more jails and and risks security and health to staff and inmate alike.

Livingston County should Used Groveland Correctional Facility for New County Jail, and Not Build a New Jail on Court St, Next to Old Jail
