Consider this an open invitation from the people of Iowa to "Tim Albrecht, Branstad's spokesman" to tour the facilities in question at any time; preferrably when the staffing is short and he can escort himself around the yard. This also goes for the Governor himself. Perhaps Mr. Albrecht would like to work in this environment before he opens his "purely partisan and illogical mouth" or perhaps convince the "Governor" that the management who he so freely gave more of an increase too are the ones who are ultimately responsible for this problem....including himself!
