Ninth District Labels U.S. Charity "Pirates"

The Ninth District Court of Appeals in Seattle labeled a U.S. charity "pirates " while, on the other side of the planet, the charity was violating the Court's injunction requiring it to stay 500 yards from cetacean researchers .

Is anyone niaeve enough to think the Japanese are klling 1000 whales a year for research? Give me a break.There is a world-wide moritorium on whaling, and the Japs aren't above the law.
