Immigration lawyers and Immigration department may be the best institutions to know what constitutes illegal status and how to solve it .Those who came to the US with visas and became illegal out numbered those who just crossed the border illegally .Therefore ir may not be the Same solution to immigration .
You think this is hard, when your visa expires you are here illegally.

Obama is unfortunately deporting people and breaking up families like no tommorrow---that is certanly not amnesty!! Brewer and Arpaio are from the last century---witch hunts, hangings, and cross burnings. Maybe those two are just vampies that don't die.
Families break themselves up by breaking the law. Enforcing US federal law is a witch hunt? Get educated, all countries deport illegal aliens and are not as nice about it as the US is.

When this country gets a government that decides to enforce the law things will turn ugly overnight.

With an attitude like that, you and I could be........ maybe not bosom buddies but certainly share a friendly chat over beer or coffee.

Nah, on second thought, we could easily be friends, brothers from different mothers, so to speak.

My ancestors came to this land in 1739. Many fought for, some died for, and many more served this land, as I did. There is no place, in my mind, for those that would give it away to those that sneak in during the dark of night while so many others stand in line to become Americans legally.
