Mixing political prisoners and non violent drug offenders with hardened criminals is a recipe for disaster. In the first place no one should go to jail for ANY cannabis related 'offense.' I had a close friend whose life was totally ruined after he got sentences to prison for possession of six joints. He was never the same, couldn't hold a job and maintain relationships. There is no reason to jail non violent drug offenders. The warden is right!
