Do you know the definition of infringed?
infringed past participle, past tense of in·fringe (Verb)
Verb
Actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.): "infringe a copyright".
Act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on: "infringe on his privacy".
What is it proposed gun control legislation wants to do again?

Since you think you know so much about me, why don't you share what party I belong to. Prove my lunacy. Tell us who or what I worship.

Deflection and insults simply highlight that wonderful tolerance you liberals preach but fail to practice.

The only thing it would do is make it easier for the criminals in government to take over our lives. There is even talk among the elites about doing away with the constitution all together. Hitler and Stalin would be SOOOOOO happy.
You've already lost all your rights fool, without a shot being fired. Between the Patriot Act and FISA we've ended up being just tax payers, that its, just the way they want it. A corperation has more rights than you do.

LOL, the feds will bankrupt the taxpayers of this nation trying to make criminals out of them, didn't anybody ever learn anything from the prohibition era? The black market of unregistered guns will blossom under any further legislation to register them. States already don't have enough money to plow snow or gas up state patrol cars, cities are filing bankruptcy and these governments want to put more on their plate? LOL!

You're wrong, a corporation has the same rights as a person. In the US, people have a right to assemble, they don't lose their rights merely because they have assembled into a legal entity of incorporation, you dotard.

You're apparently a liberal with no leg to stand on, so you cast insults to detract from that fact.
You are free to have an opinion, and even voice it. Try having something to back it, rather than simply saying someone else's thoughts and ideas are wrong because they don't agree with yours, and insulting them.
I thought liberals were into harmony, education, being informed, and non-confrontation. If you are informed and educated, act like it, and post something with some substance and backing.
Don't you find it unusual that in red states with republican governors , Tea party golden boy Marco Rubio (biggest hypocrite farce on the planet) that red light cameras and speed cameras are all over the place?

My point is your being taken for a ride as the GOP is as much as more gvmt as the Dems.

I retired from a large corp in NY and agree with you 100%.

BOTH parties are whores who dance for the corporate master but I give any Rep or Dem a salute if they vote and atleast try to make a difference .

I was a conservative Dem who even went with the Tea party but in Florida, every Tea party candidate sold out and once in power as bad if not more so than who they replaced.

Dems like Pelosi, Reid and Obama are clueless as far as doing anything correctly.

The saying in Miami's Cuban junta is "Cuba always had the best free socilazed medicine in Latin America and better than USA's southern states but it took a leftist (Castro) to destroy it".

Interesting how some lib ideologies work but the problem is the Dems are simply incapable of doing it correctly.

The type of corporations he is talking about have money and teams of lawyers, lobbyiest that most if the "groups of idividuals who assemble" can't even fathom.

I respect you for being political bu you have to be realistic.

The Tea party started off on a great tune but the candidates as a whole are no better than what they replaced as far as being up for sale, hypocrites and in Florida's case "Illegals must be deported " Marco Rubio who is now "Let us rethink this and look at amnesty" .

If you believe in socialized med than common sense would tell you that giving amnesty to 11 MILLION new people means no one gets a thing and you damn well know more keep coming.

Dems do not live in reality. I have a good Army budy who lives in France and regarless of the crap you hear on FOX, he was very happy with his french health care but regardless of the crap which MSNBC spews about the great asset illegal are, the french health care system has been swamped with Muslims who are financially killing them.

Same as illegal sanctuary cities like Miami with south and central Amricans (Rubio does NOTHING)and border states by Mexico are bleeding financially

I agree as far as the absurd mentality to disarm law abiding people has NEVER worked in any country as criminals contine to get guns.

What must be done is simply enforce current gun laws. Look at that farce Mayor Bloomberg in NY. He talks a good talk but NY has NEVER given their on the books "mandatory" yr in jail for anyone caught carying without a permit . ONLY person to ever get it was Bernard Goetz but NEVER gangs nor other criminals.

Look at Canada where 70% are armed and you can count on one hand the yearly shootings than just look at Chicago and that speaks volumes.

I believe it has.
Most of the 20,000 gun laws presently on the books are infringement of our second amendment rights.
When you live in society with other human beings you must have laws or you wind up like Miami ,lol.

When you retire and move to an island by yourself than do what you want but society does not work without laws and if the current gun laws were enforced this debate about going after other weapons would not be taking place and law abiding gun owners would win.

Liberals preach tolerance and claim to despise hate, however if no one agrees with everything they say, they call it intolerance and hate. Would someone (preferably a liberal)care to explain just how that works?

I'm not being taken for a ride. Just because I have conservative ideals, doesn't mean I am, or support a Republican or The GOP.
