I know that many people might not agree with me and others might ...... many prisoners are doing time for crimes that they have not commited. The prison system is failing at doing their work correctly. Many inmates are suffering and living under conditions that are just not acceptable. I know that many have committed crimes that are just sick but for those who are not guilty and are still doing time , why do they have to pay such a high price. Attorneys that charge thousands of dollars for assistance and many clame to do probono . Its a dream come true if someone can actually get that free assistance..... time is passing by and many families will have to deal with hearing news like your son died your husband died your dad died. But in reality. Is the court who is failing over and over and not taking the time to do their work. Those who really should be in prison sex offenders and rapists are getting away and are being extra protected by the law. And there are free getting away with probation or only 6 months of half way house. After doing 1 month in. I urge the california court system to stop sending innocent people to prison. And may God help us all in this journey may many families be blessed with having that special someone home.
